We are here to help. We are offering flexible payment plan options for those who can provide Out of Work documentation due to Covid-19. Please call your community office at ^PropertyPhone^ for more information. Due to higher than usual call volume, we thank you for your understanding that you may need to leave a voicemail. All voicemails will be returned as soon as possible.
For those of you not financially impacted by the pandemic, please make your payments as usual. If possible, please make your payment via our Resident portal. This method allows you to shelter in place as you can do it from the comfort of your home and receive immediate confirmation of payment. If your community has a rent drop box, this is still an option as well as mailing your payment to the site office. Visit www.goldmark.com/residents to learn about our resident portal and alternative payment options such as credit card or mailing in your payment. If you do not yet have a Rent Café account and you have an email address listed at the site, you would have received an email on 3/16 and 3/25 with your unique registration code.
