Preparing to Open Fitness Centers

Fitness Centers are preparing to open across our Goldmark properties. Residents will receive an email when the facility at their property opens.

Facilities will be open from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM to allow for additional cleaning. Our fitness centers have been modified to have equipment spread apart further to support social distancing.  Please sanitize equipment before and after use. Supplies are provided by the entrance or attached to the equipment. In addition, we will utilize a hospital grade sanitizing mister throughout our fitness center once a week for a deep clean of the entire area.

As you prepare to enjoy our fitness centers, please review our additional guidelines, which meet the recommendations of the CDC and National Apartment Association:

 

Gym hours will be 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Please maintain six feet of social distancing from others while enjoying these amenities.
Capacity at Minnesota fitness centers is limited to 25% of the standard capacity. Failure to comply may result in the facility being closed for the day.

Please clean and disinfect equipment before and after use of machine.
Cleaning supplies are located by the entry of the fitness facility or are attached to the equipment.

We ask all residents feeling unwell or exposed to others with COVID-like symptoms to please stay home.
