Leasing Specialist - Part-time - 2 positions

Job Description:
Show and rent open apartments. Assist manager with resident satisfaction and retention through responding to complaints and concerns. Assist manager with rent collection and computer related tasks. Answer phones and greet walk-ins. Respond to requests, questions and complaints, making referrals to manager or maintenance staff as appropriate. Schedule and perform apartment move-ins and move-outs. Assist manager with correspondence and other computer related tasks as appropriate and assigned. Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma.
Licenses/Certifications:
No
Experience Level:
1 - 2 years customer service experience, either in retail or restaurant.
Travel Requirements:
Within city limits. Will need own vehicle and valid drivers license when showing apartment to prospective tenants, however, will not be transporting them back and forth to the apartments and office.
Compensation:
Hourly position; varies based on experience.
