Job Description:
Area Managers lead a group of Property Managers and their teams to consistent high level NCR and NOI performance for their properties. This individual reports to a Regional Manager and is responsible for a current portfolio of five Property Managers with 780 apartment homes.
Education Requirements:
Four year degree preferred. Industry certification such as CAM is also preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
Experience Level:
Candidates need a 3-5 year track record as a successful multi-family property manager with increasing responsibility in the Omaha market. Experience with a multi-property portfolio is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
Limited travel
Compensation:
