Dale Lian, President, GOLDMARK Development, Owner

Dale Lian is President of GOLDMARK Development Company. Dale oversees new construction and development and also takes an active role in all GOLDMARK financing and banking relationships. Prior to joining GOLDMARK, he was a Certified Public Accountant specializing in tax and accounting areas for small businesses with Charles Bailly and Company, Fargo.

Dale holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Dakota. He earned a CPA license in 1979 and a ND Real Estate license in 1985. He is a member of Fargo Chamber of Commerce, the FM Apartment Association, and the Fargo-Moorhead Homebuilders Association.
