Jeff Schlossman - Senior Vice President, Owner

Jeff has over 25 years of diverse commercial real estate experience specializing in retail brokerage projects, ranging from appraisal to property management to development. He is widely recognized as the region’s leading retail expert, having leased many high-profile retail centers in North Dakota including the state’s largest shopping mall West Acres. Prior to the 2005 merger with GOLDMARK, Jeff was co-owner, President and Managing Broker of Schlossman Commercial Real Estate, formerly known as Schlossman & Gunkelman.

Jeff, a Fargo, North Dakota native, is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and has an MBA from the University of Dallas. He is actively involved in a variety of community services and volunteers in local organizations such as the YMCA, Trollwood Performing Arts School, youth hockey and equine activities. Jeff is a past director of Dakota REIT.
