Ken Regan - Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, Owner

Kenneth P. Regan and James S. Wieland founded GOLDMARK in March, 1981. As a principle owner, Ken is Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and is an active partner with GOLDMARK SCHLOSSMAN Real Estate Services, Inc. and GOLDMARK Development Corporation.

Prior to founding GOLDMARK, Ken began his real estate career in 1979 with Warner and Company, Fargo. Prior to that, he worked as an Assistant National Bank Examiner for the OCC Division of the U.S. Treasury. He holds a B.S.B.A degree in Business Management from the University of North Dakota. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute).

Ken is a member of the Fargo Chamber of Commerce, FM Apartment Association, FM Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
