Rick Berg, CCIM - Senior Vice President

Rick has been with GOLDMARK since its inception in 1981 and specializes in investment and development projects. In 1987, Rick led GOLDMARK’s expansion into commercial property sales, leasing and development, working extensively on a variety of office and industrial projects. He spearheaded the development of the GOLDMARK Office Park campus and Home Office in Fargo, North Dakota.  Prior to being named Senior Vice President in 2005, he served as Vice President and Managing Broker of the company.

Rick is a graduate of North Dakota State University and has served on a variety of government and community organizations throughout his career. He is past chairman and current director of the Greater Fargo-Moorhead Economic Development Corporation. He has been a Representative in the North Dakota House of Representatives since 1985 and currently serves as House Majority Leader.
