Goldmark’s Commitment to a Healthy Lifestyle

The GOLDMARK Wellness Program, in partnership with Essentia Health, encourages our team members to develop healthy lifestyles that lead to reduced health risk and greater enjoyment of life.


Quarterly individual and team challenges and programs give our team members the opportunity to earn cash and prizes. Programs range from focusing on weight loss to encouraging active lifestyles.


Our team members have educational opportunities to learn more about healthy eating and other topics. Each year, team members can receive up to 5, free consultations with Essentia Health.

Health Screening

Each team member receives a free, annual confidential health screening. Essentia Health team members provide feedback on target areas that directly impact wellness.

Wellness Program Benefits

Participation in the Wellness Program has many rewards including a healthy lifestyle, cash prizes, and credit toward your monthly health insurance premium.

With each wellness target met at the health screening and with monthly exercise, team members can earn credits towards their health insurance premium each paycheck! The best part? If enrolled in our Health Savings Account health insurance plan, the credit will be matched, doubling the savings!
