GOLDMARK SCHLOSSMAN Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. was created in October 2005 by the merger of GOLDMARK Commercial Corporation and Schlossman Commercial Real Estate. Both companies have been widely recognized and respected leaders in the regional commercial brokerage and business communities.

Schlossman Commercial Real Estate, formerly known as Schlossman and Gunkelman, dates back to 1973 when prominent Fargo businessman and developer of West Acres Regional Mall William Schlossman and John Gunkelman became brokerage partners.

GOLDMARK Commercial Corporation traces its lineage to 1981 with the founding of Midwest Management and Regan Wieland Investment Company. In 1994, the companies reorganized as the affiliated GOLDMARK companies: GOLDMARK Property Management, GOLDMARK Commercial Corporation and GOLDMARK Development Corporation.

Both companies and their owners have historically played leading or supporting roles in many commercial developments and community projects throughout the Fargo-Moorhead community and region.
