Austin Morris started his career with GOLDMARK Property Management in 2005 at Sheridan Pointe, a 300+ unit apartment community. While developing his multifamily property management skills with GOLDMARK, Austin obtained his Bachelors of Science degree from North Dakota State University.
In January 2009, Austin joined the commercial team as an Investment Property Agent. Since he joined GOLDMARK Schlossman, Austin has become highly adept at representing buyers in single-tenant net leased (NNN) and multifamily investment property transactions. Austin conducts high level due diligence, financial analysis, cash on cash and IRR analysis, broker/owner communications, and closing management, all of which help his clients make prudent purchase decisions that meet their investment needs. Since 2009, Austin has been the Buyer's representative in over $25,000,000 in real estate closings.
Austin is a Fargo, ND native and holds real estate licenses in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Nebraska, and is currently working on his Real Estate MBA with Construction Management emphasis from North Dakota State University. In his free time, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife, close friends and family, playing soccer and racquetball, trying new restaurants, and traveling. |
