Brian joined GOLDMARK Property Management, Inc. in 1998 as a Property Manager. In 2000, he was promoted to Area Manager and in 2009 promoted to Regional Manager. He currently manages a diverse property portfolio of 1,300 apartments and townhomes in Des Moines, Iowa and Omaha, Nebraska along with approximately 550,000 square feet of commercial property in Fargo and Moorhead.
Brian has extensive experience in customer service, employee training and management. He obtained his real estate license in 2007 and was Property Manager of the Year in 2003 by the Fargo-Moorhead Apartment Association.
Brian lives in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota with his wife and 2 children. |
