Brian joined GOLDMARK Property Management in 1998 as a Property Manager and in 2000 was promoted to Area Manager. He currently manages a diverse property portfolio of 900 apartments and approximately 550,000 square feet of commercial property in Fargo and Moorhead . His responsibilities include all facets of property management including tenant and owner relations, tenant retention and capital improvements.
Brian has extensive experience in customer service, employee training and management. He obtained his real estate license in 2007 and serves on the Board of Directors for the Fargo-Moorhead Apartment Association and was named that organization's Property Manager of the Year in 2003.
Brian lives in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota with his wife and 2 children. |
