Jim is currently Vice President and Managing Broker of GOLDMARK SCHLOSSMAN. He joined GOLDMARK Commercial in 1996 after spending nearly five years with the Fargo Chamber of Commerce as Public Affairs and Business Development Manager. At GOLDMARK Commercial he was promoted to Sales Manager in 2002 and VP and Managing Broker as well as a part owner in 2005 after the merger with Schlossman Commercial. In addition to running day to day operations of GOLDMARK SCHLOSSMAN, Jim specializes in office and industrial properties and takes particular interest in working with technology oriented firms.
Jim is a Fargo native, graduate of North Dakota State University and is active in many community groups and activities including Chairing the FM Angel Investment Fund, a member of the RAIN Source Capital Network, and Lake Agassiz Exchange Club. He has been named GOLDMARK Agent of the Year four times, serves on the City of Fargo Tax Exempt Review Committee and has served as president of COMEX, an organization representing the local commercial brokerage community.
