Jim and his original partner
Ken Regan founded the GOLDMARK family of companies in
1981, Jim continues to serve as President and Managing
Partner of GOLDMARK SCHLOSSMAN Commercial Real Estate Services and is also active in
GOLDMARK Property Management and GOLDMARK Development.
He has been involved in property investment, management,
brokerage and development since 1977. Jim's expertise
is raising capital for property investment projects,
he has raised over $220,000,000 in over 120 real estate
partnerships.
Jim is a recognized community leader who has served
on numerous boards and is an active venture capitalist.
He currently serves on the board of directors of State
Bank and Trust, Dakota Renaissance Ventures, Space Age
Technology and the Jamestown Community Hospital. He
previously served on the boards of NDSU Teammakers,
NDSU College of Business, Cass County Electric Cooperative,
Northern Capital Trust, Production Publications Inc.
and the Walton Bean Cooperative.
Jim is a native of Jamestown, ND and has both a B.S.
and Master Degree from North Dakota State University.
