Kelly joined the GOLDMARK Commercial and GOLDMARK Property Management team in 2002 as a multi-family and investment property analyst. He quickly became a market leader in multi-family property brokerage, consulting and property management. He also handles the leasing of GOLDMARK’s managed commercial properties in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Kelly is a Devil’s Lake, North Dakota native and graduate of the University of North Dakota. He is currently seeking his CPA designation.
