Lori Ibach has been in the commercial real estate industry for over seventeen years, and currently specializes in office and retail property transactions. Since joining GOLDMARK in 1993, she has been active in investment real estate sales, leasing, consulting, development, and management in both North Dakota and Minnesota. Lori handles the leasing of several of GOLDMARK's managed commercial buildings, and is also a partner in local investment properties.
In addition to being named Agent of the Year in both 2003 and 2006, she was awarded GOLDMARK's Mark of Excellence for Professionalism and Service. In 2005, Lori served as President of COMEX, an organization representing the local commercial brokerage community, where she successfully led the effort to implement a metro-wide on-line multiple listing system.
Past customers and clients include Otter Tail Corporation, Wells Fargo Bank, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Hancock Fabrics, True Value Home and Hardware, EAPC Engineers-Architects, Beds-By-Design, Northwest Tire, Snap Fitness, Medica, Pro Rehab, Lillestol Research, Internal Medicine Associates and government agencies including the Federal Public Defender's Office and Drug Enforcement Agency. |
