Ron joined GOLDMARK Property Management in 1994 as President and COO, during that time he was responsible for residential and commercial management operations in the Fargo, Moorhead, Grand Forks, Bismarck and Minneapolis markets with a total property portfolio of 7,500 apartment units and 600,000 sq. ft of commercial space.

In 1999 Ron transitioned to GOLDMARK Commercial Corporation as a broker of multi-family properties. Ron led the geographic expansion of GOLDMARK Property Management into Des Moines, Omaha and San Antonio by brokering the acquisition of multi-family properties for various clients, which then created the need to open GOLDMARK Property Management offices in those new markets. Ron is recognized nationally as a multi-family investment property and management expert.

Prior to joining GOLDMARK Ron worked for Kohl's Department Stores as Senior Vice President and Director of Stores where he supervised management operations of 40 stores in a three state area, which included 4,000 employees and had a gross volume of $350,000,000. Ron also has experience as an insurance agent and mortgage broker.
