Columbia West Fitness Room Gets A Makeover

On March 3rd, the Columbia West Apartments in Grand Forks, ND, opened their newly remodeled fitness room. Residents can now enjoy a great workout with an increased number and a wide variety of brand new machines available to them 24/7.

New cardio machines included an Eliptimill, 2 treadmills, and 2 stationary bikes.

Strength training elements include an entire rack of free weights and 2 benches, and a Body Solid all-in-one machine.

While working out, residents can enjoy their favorite show on one of the three televisions positioned throughout the room.

With the addition of keyless controlled access, there are so many benefits to the new and improved fitness room!
