GOLDMARK offers a robust wellness program for all team members. From wellness screenings, to fun events and programs, team members are encouraged to either start and\/or maintain a healthy lifestyle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The 21 Day Challenge program began on June 5th. Team members chose to participate in up to 5 different challenges for 21 consecutive days. The challenges included an ab and squat challenge, fruit and veggie challenge, meditation challenge,walking challenge, and a water challenge.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For each completed challenge, team members were put into a drawing for 3 cash prizes. If all 5 challenges were completed, a team member earned an extra entry into the drawing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The 21 Day Challenge ended on September 1st with 30 participants.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
