Goldmark Property Management’s Grand Forks team recently hosted its first-ever "Fun in the Sun" resident event<\/b>, bringing together more than 100 residents for a fun afternoon of community connection and summer celebration. Held at the Grand Forks regional office, the event was designed to show appreciation for residents while fostering a sense of belonging across the apartment communities in the area.<\/p>\n

From the moment residents arrived, they were welcomed with a variety of family-friendly activities<\/b> and summer treats. Highlights included:<\/p>\n

Bubble stations and face painting<\/b> for kids of all ages<\/span><\/li>\n
An interactive scavenger hunt<\/b> and outdoor games<\/span><\/li>\n
A cotton candy station<\/b>, ice cream bar<\/b>, and refreshing lemonade stand<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
Delicious food served throughout the day to help everyone beat the heat<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The event was more than just a summer gathering—it was a chance for neighbors to connect, have fun, and make lasting memories. One standout moment came as a young resident was leaving the clubhouse and cheerfully told his mom, “I love the office!”<\/i>—a touching reminder of the impact small gestures can make.<\/p>\n
