            Surveys are sent by our partners, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>Kingsley Associates<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/a>, after move-in, at the completion of a maintenance request, and annually during the middle of a resident's lease.
