Once you've parked your vehicle in the garage, enter your comfortable 2 bedroom apartment home, featuring an efficient kitchen designed for cooking ease while the dishwasher frees your time to relax. Our residents also enjoy the unique building layout, which allows each apartment to be on a corner, reducing the number of shared walls with your neighbors! There is a community laundry room situated on the second floor with two washers & dryers for your convenience. There are large, separate storage rooms for that collection of rare baseball cards or your off season sports equipment.
Cat & Dog Friendly
We have cat and dog friendly options available at Summerfield. Prior written authorization from GOLDMARK is required prior to bringing your pet to the property. Additional documentation is required including proof of being spayed/neutered and up to date distemper and rabies inoculations. (Pet friendly options may vary by building. Call for details.)
Summerfield allows a maximum of 2 pet(s) per household. The following will be required for each authorized pet:
