GOLDMARK Helps with Habitat for Humanity's HERO Build

Each year, GOLDMARK sends Fargo team members to assist Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity in their mission of bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Back in August, GOLDMARK participated in the Moorhead Thrivent Build in August, sponsored by Thrivent Financial.

GOLDMARK is honored to be volunteering for Habitat’s Hero Build. This home will be built on the site where Fargo Police Officer Jason Moszer lost his life in the line of duty. The home that was standing where the terrible tragedy occurred has been torn down, and a beautiful new home is being built in it's place.

Seven Fargo team members volunteered their day helping install siding, build closets and clean up the job site, and other tasks that needed to be completed before the home’s new owner move in.

In addition to giving our time volunteering, GOLDMARK also donated $2,500 to help support this year’s builds financially. This contribution will be spent purchasing construction materials.

We always enjoy serving the communities we are a part of and the great organizations that help those who need a “hand up” to kick start and enjoy a successful life. We look forward to next year’s builds!
