Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army

Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army

Each year, all over the nation, the Salvation Army has thousands of volunteers ring bells in various locations including grocery and retail stores.

In Fargo, 12 Team Members rang the famous bells for a few hours to help collect change for the Salvation Army at 5 community businesses including the West Acres Mall, Cash Wise, and Hornbacher’s.

The Fargo Salvation Army assists the Cass and Clay County community in emergencies and offers a wide range of ongoing basic needs services whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual help without discrimination.

Bell Ringers raise an average of $30 per hour. Last year, The Salvation Army Northern Division alone raised more than $6.4 million at 900 kettle locations in Minnesota and North Dakota.

While our volunteers’ hands warm up, we’re all looking forward to ringing those bells again next year!
