GOLDMARK Adds Senior Living Community to Fargo Portfolio

On August 1st, 2018, GOLDMARK added 7 properties to the Fargo Portfolio.

With the addition of these new properties, we welcome the opening of our newest office location, the Crossroads Apartment Community, which will manage GOLDMARK's only senior living apartments in Fargo, ND. Our manager and activities coordinator will be assisting residents at the Crossroads, North Sky 1, North Sky 2, North Sky 3, and Sunrise North Apartments, with a total of 208 units.

Crossroads Apartments

The Crossroads Apartments in South Fargo, near 25th Street and 17th Avenue provides easy access to shopping, dining, and medical facilities.

Our residents love the onsite amenities such as a library with computers, exercise room, and a community room where an onsite activity coordinator plans fun events for everyone in this senior living community! Residents also enjoy having a washer and dryer in addition to a microwave in each apartment.

The building is made up of 81 apartments, including 63 one bedrooms and 18 two bedrooms.

North Sky 1, North Sky 2, and North Sky 3 Apartments

The North Sky Apartments in South Fargo are part of the Urban Plains Development near 45th Street and Amber Valley Parkway. Residents of this senior living community are close to shopping and restaurants, as well as parks and public transportation.

The three adjacent properties have a total of 67 one and 17 two bedroom apartments. Included in each apartment is a washer and dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. The community is packed with amazing features such as an exercise facility, library, and community room for entertaining or enjoying planned resident events.

Sunrise North Apartments

The Sunrise North apartments are located in a residential neighborhood in North Fargo alongside Friendship Park and just a block from Hornbacher's grocery store. The building is made up of 43, one and two bedroom apartments.

Aside from the great location complete with recreation paths connecting to the park, residents also love the convenience of a microwave and a washer and dryer in their apartment in addition to the indoor parking garages. The senior living community has an onsite activity coordinator to plan event for residents. Residents also enjoy the onsite exercise room, library, lounge, and a beautiful gazebo.
