January 2021 Top Performers

Congratulations to our January 2021 Top Performers! Each of these individuals was a leader in their area of expertise for the month of January. Check out the award recipients below!

January Leasing Leader: Sheldon

Sheldon is the Assistant Property Manager at Sierra Ridge in Bismarck, ND and has been with Goldmark since 2016. He started off the year with 17 approved leases in January. Way to go! Sheldon's favorite part of his job is leasing apartments and his #1 tip for other leasing specialists is to "Follow up! Every time, on time, and for every showing. Show at least three apartments no matter what!" Thank you for all the great work you do, Sheldon. Keep it up!

January Maintenance Leader: Devin

 

Devin is the Maintenance Technician at Sunwood in Fargo, ND. He has taken the top spot for work orders per day with an average of 13.29 completed. Devin's team says that he is diligent, caring, and organized, and one of his many talents is scheduling out his day to be as productive as possible. He is also excellent at training new team members and handling challenging situations. Thanks for being awesome, Devin!

January Renewal Leader: Covington Court

The team members Della and Camille are doing an awesome job at Covington Court in West St. Paul, MN. Their regional manager, Cheryl, had this to say about this top team:

"The team at Covington Court is so successful with renewals because they consistently put a high focus on their residents and really create a community for all. Della and her team take the time to make connections with every resident and their families. They know them by name and always make conversation when they see each resident. They know their backstory and what makes them happy in their lives. The Covington team knows the importance providing excellent customer service and this is reflected in their retention each month."
