Community Offices Reopen
To better serve you, we have opened our community offices and amenities effective March 1, 2021. As COVID-19 continues to be a part of our daily lives, we ask that you continue to stay diligent in following recommended Federal and local guidelines to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Goldmark has adopted a mask policy for the common areas of all of our properties to continue to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Please continue to wear masks while in the hallways, common areas, and when visiting our office. When Goldmark determines that masks are not needed in our building common areas, we will send out communication.
We request that you continue to pay rent electronically through our resident portal or the cash payment alternative Walk In Payment System (WIPS) at a participating location near you. If you are not familiar with these programs, check out our website or contact the office and we are happy to update you on these easy to use electronic payment options.
ONLINE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS & LEASE RENEWALS:
We encourage you to continue to use the resident portal to sign your renewal lease and enter any service requests for your home. If the electronic options or a phone call does not work for you, please feel free to stop by the community office. Please note, office hours may have changed. You can find updated office hours by locating your office on goldmark.com or by calling your community office to confirm hours. Goldmark does require all individuals are wearing a face mask when in the office.
Over the past year, we have been opening our building amenities when we were able to meet the local and federal guidelines. If your property has a clubhouse, fitness center, indoor pool or other common shared amenities, we have adjusted hours and occupancy and they are open for your use. If you have questions on amenity use, please reach out to the office.
