Congratulations to our February 2021 Top Performers! Each of these individuals was a leader in their area of expertise for the month of February. Check out the award recipients below!

February Leasing Leader: Montana

Montana is a Leasing Specialist at Griffin Court and has proven to be a huge asset to the residents, office, and property. Montana's team members say she strives to help anyone, anyway she can and is a self-motivated go getter! Montana enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves taking her dog swimming when she can. She loves to travel and recently spent her 21st birthday in Las Vegas! Someday she hopes to make it to her dream destination of Greece.

 

February Leasing Leader: Anne

Anne is another one of our Leasing Leaders for the month of February. She is a Leasing Specialist at Glen Pond in and had 11 total leases for February. Awesome job! Anne’s prospects love their showings and her attention to detail allows for a smooth application and move-in process. Thanks for all you do, Anne!

 

February Maintenance Leader: Peter Schaub

With 13.70 work orders per day, Peter is our February Maintenance Leader! Peter is a Maintenance Technician at Glen Pond in Eagan, MN and is the go-to-guy with questions and lending a hand. His hard work reflects the level of care he has for every property he works at and visits. Peter's eye for detail and extensive maintenance knowledge allows him to promptly catch any issues and resolve them effectively and efficiently. Congratulations, Peter! Keep up the great work.

 

February Renewal Leader: Sterling Pointe

This team of 10 regularly meets their goals and exceeds the expectations of customers. Feedback from residents often mentions how much they feel cared about, how professional this team is, and that they feel great living in this community. Way to go, Sterling Pointe!
