April Leasing Leader: Julie

Julie is a Leasing Specialist at Lake Crest and had a total of 16 leases this past month. Julie has been with Goldmark for 5 years, and in that time has constantly helped reduce availability at sites throughout the company. She is personable and all residents love her! Thanks, Julie, for being a great member of the team!

 

April Leasing Leader: Sherry

Sherry is a Leasing Specialist at Georgetown on the River and had a total of 16 leases this past month. She is welcoming to all of her prospects and does a great job connecting with them to find the perfect home that fits their needs. Congratulations, Sherry!

 

April Maintenance Leader: Travis

Travis is a Maintenance Technician at Urban Plains and had an average of 17.52 work orders per day. Travis has been with Goldmark for 7 years and has always been known for his quality of work and customer service; often receiving compliments from residents. He recently accepted the position of Lead Tech in the Fargo Region! Thanks for all you do to help our residents and team!

 

April Renewal Leader: Griffin Court

Griffin Court is our Renewal Leader for the month of April. This team is focused on providing quality customer service to their residents every single day, whether it's by phone, email, or in the office! Congratulations, Griffin Court, for being our April renewal rock stars!
