August 2021 Top Performers

Each month we recognize and celebrate the top performing individual(s) on site for Leasing, Maintenance, and Renewals! We ended the summer with a busy August, where these top performers excelled in their area of expertise.

August Leasing Leader: Julie

Julie is a great asset to the Lake Crest Team and keeps everyone in the office motivated with her consistent high rental numbers. 

Julie says that "there are so many things to talk about [when showing]. The direction the apartment faces/the exposure, how to turn your AC on cycle mode, possible furniture placement, the neighborhood, and area parks." Julie also mentioned a fun fact that she will sometimes tell prospects. "If you walk around the block that the Lake Crest buildings are on two times, you will have walked 2 miles!"

In Julie's spare time, you can find her playing games and having nerf gun wars with her family, or shopping on amazon, watching the Twins, and enjoying some Red Lobster.

August Maintenance Leader: Kent Peterson

Kent is an outstanding Maintenance Tech and wonderful with residents! He helps guide them on what to do in certain situations or how to prevent certain things from happening. He takes his time and never rushes through anything to ensure the job is done best. University Square Property Operations Manager, Chase Shypkowski, had this to say about Kent, "Kent is great with our new maintenance techs. He takes his time to teach them and help train them in. I am very glad that I have the opportunity to work with him each day. He comes to work with a great attitude and is fun to be around!"

August Renewal Leader: Crookston

Way to go, Crookston! This team work hard every day to create a welcoming community for their residents. With Carrie's 13 years at Goldmark, this team knows a lot about helping people find a home and making it a place they want to stay. Great job, Crookston, for going above and beyond your renewal goal!
