Goldmark Adds High Ridge to the Bismarck Potfolio

On November 1st, Goldmark Property Management acquired management of High Ridge Apartments to the Bismarck portfolio under the Sierra Ridge Community. High Ridge Apartments are located just off North Washington Street on the edge of an established residential neighborhood. 

The 152 apartments are cat and dog friendly and consist of one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. Property Manager, Sheldon Bauer, says that "High Ridge is a great addition to our Bismarck portfolio. With the current level of vacancy, we are motivated and excited to get all vacant units rent ready. We can't wait to welcome new residents to this beautiful community."
