The generous one, two, and three bedroom apartments come with a separate garage, while our two, three, or four bedroom townhomes include attached garages. With the ample counter and cupboard space in the kitchens, you can cook for one or entertain a whole crew. The dishwasher makes for easy clean up. Soak away the cares of the day in our sauna, take a dip in the pool or just unwind poolside with your favorite book. Community laundry rooms on the first floor make for a stress-free washday.

We have cat and dog friendly options available at Stony Brook. Prior written authorization from GOLDMARK is required prior to bringing your pet to the property. Additional documentation is required including proof of being spayed/neutered and up to date distemper and rabies inoculations. (Pet friendly options may vary by building. Call for details.)
