North Dakota's Department of Human Services announced a new emergency relief program. The North Dakota COVID Emergency Rent Bridge provides temporary rental assistance to qualified renters whose income has been impacted by the COVID pandemic.  Goldmark has registered as a housing provider.

To qualify, you must:

1. Be experiencing economic hardship that is COVID-related
2. Have a lease, limed savings and other resources
3. Meet the income limits
