Outdoor Spaces Open June 1

Effective June 1, we are excited to reopen our community grills, dog parks, sundecks, courtyard patios and playgrounds across nearly all of our Goldmark properties.  (Properties designated as 55 and older living facilities in Fargo, ND, will remain closed at this time.) Outdoor pools are not yet open.

Please follow our Outdoor Space Guidelines which meet the recommendations of the CDC and National Apartment Association:

 

Please maintain six feet of social distancing from others while enjoying these amenities.

Please clean up after yourself. You may wish to bring your own sanitizing wipes or hand sanitizer to use before and after use.

We ask all residents or guests feeling unwell or exposed to others with COVID-like symptoms to please stay home.
