We understand not everyone has a bank account or credit card. We also know getting and tracking money order payments can be a hassle. Goldmark offers offers a cash payment option that is as easy as 1-2-3 through our Walk In Payment System.

 

Obtain Your Walk In Payment Systems (WIPS) PaySlip

Log into www.goldmark.com/residentportal and go to the Payment Accounts tab. (Contact your office if you need a portal account.)

 

Go to a Pay Near Me Agent

Take your WIPS Cash PaySlip to an authorized agent near you: https://home.paynearme.com/locations/

 

Make Your Cash Payment

Pay your desired rent payment to the agent along with the $3.99 processing fee.
