March 2021 Top Performers

Congratulations to our March 2021 Top Performers! Each of these individuals was a leader in their area of expertise for the month of March. Check out the award recipients below!

March Leasing Leader: Liz

Liz is our March Leasing Leader from Amberwood Court Apartment Office and ended the month with a total of 18 leases. She excels at building strong relationships with each and every prospect and is always willing to lend a hand at other site offices in Grand Forks! When at home, she stays busy with her 2 year old daughter and Border Collie named Cole. Thanks for being an amazing member of the team, Liz!

March Maintenance Leader: Pete

With 14.14 work orders per day, Pete is our March Maintenance Leader! Pete has been the on-site maintenance technician at Valley View for over 25 years. He takes great pride in his work and is very knowledgeable! He is known for going the extra mile for residents, whether that be hanging up pictures or carrying in groceries. Fun Fact: For the past 25 years that Pete has been caring for the property's pool, it has always successfully passed the pool inspection! Thanks, Pete, for all you do for residents and the team.
