May Leasing Leader: Sheldon

Awesome job, Sheldon! Sheldon is one of our Leasing Leaders for the month of May. He is the Sales and Service Specialist at Sierra Ridge in Bismarck, ND and had 18 leases last month. Sheldon is always willing to help and is the top trainer for new team members. He is extremely hard working and strives to achieve all his goals!

 

May Maintenance Leader: Guillermo

Guillermo is our May Maintenance Leader with 12.65 work orders per day and is the Lead Technician at University Square Apartment Community in Fargo. He is a valuable member of the team who consistently provides excellent customer service!

 

May Renewal Leader: Parkview Estates

Keri, Lisa, and Doug put a huge focus on resident satisfaction and create a wonderful environment for residents to call home. Parkview has many long-term residents, which proves how successful this team has been in creating a great sense of community!

 

May Renewal Leader: Dellwood Estates

Geri, Jeni, Eric and Donovan show such a high level of care and commitment to their residents. Each one of them greets residents with a smile, and knows them by name when passing them around the property. This is no surprise that they were able to achieve such a high level of renewal performance!
