Goldmark Adds Three Properties to the Bismarck and Grand Forks Portfolios

In June of 2022, Goldmark Property Management acquired management of Diamond Bend to the Bismarck portfolio under the Highland Meadows Community. Diamond Bend Apartments are located in Mandan, North Dakota just off 46th Avenue SE near the Missouri River.

The 78 apartments are cat and dog friendly and consist of one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. This the only property managed by Goldmark in Mandan, ND and we are excited to begin serving residents in a new community.

Residents enjoy the proximity to the interstate and schools, and appreciate the on-site amenities, beautiful grounds, and modern apartments.

 

In June of 2022, Goldmark Property Management acquired management of Desoto Estates and Desoto Townhomes to the Grand Forks portfolio under the Sterling Pointe Community. Desoto Estates and Desoto Townhomes are located just off S Washington Street and 36th Avenue S. 

The 68 apartments at Desoto Estates and 24 Townhomes are cat and dog friendly and consist of studio, one, two, and three bedroom floor plans.
